Soufflé Cafe & Bistro opened its doors in Cibolo with a simple idea: breakfast deserves the same care as dinner. Every plate leaves the kitchen scratch-made, from hand-poured soufflé pancakes to crème brûlée-topped soufflé coffee, and the small dining room fills up fast with regulars who treat it like a second kitchen.
Guests keep coming back for the little touches — a large party seated within minutes by rearranging tables, an off-menu request turned into a real dish, fresh pastries baked up front each morning.
